You can access the Unclaimed Money Public Register ('Register') by agreeing to the following:

I agree that I will only access the Register for the purpose of the Unclaimed Money Act 1995

I acknowledge that the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 governs the use and disclosure of information in the register.

Providing false or misleading information is a serious offence and you may be required to repay the unclaimed money and be liable for penalties and/or be prosecuted.
