Please note that waiver eligibility for a NSW resident is subject to your purchase being made before or on 5th August 2020 or landed before the 11th September 2020. If you have extenuating circumstances please contact Revenue NSW at QuarantineFee@revenue.nsw.gov.au

NSW residents returning from Victoria before Friday, 11th September 2020 (AEST) will not be liable to pay the quarantine fees under a moratorium. These residents are not required to complete this application for waiver of quarantine fees as Revenue NSW will process this automatically providing your proof of ID provided at quarantine check-in matches the NSW Electoral roll and/or Transport for NSW driver licence records. Where there is no match, Revenue NSW will issue an invoice and customers are asked to contact us to discuss their situation.

You need to attach the following evidence: copy of proof of ID, purchase receipt and booking confirmation to proceed with your submission.
